Returns and Exchanges Policy

- Notify UPS and file a claim with UPS;
- Follow UPS claim procedures rigorously (greentrailsmaps.com insures your order with UPS and UPS will make good to you on all verifiable claims);
- Notify greentrailsmaps.com of the problem and explain any extenuating circumstances by calling 1-(206) 546-6277 or e-mail us. Include the UPS tracking number given to you when you filed the claim with UPS.

Green Trails maps desires to provide its customers with accurate and prompt deliveries for all its products. That is why we ship all domestic Green Trails product via United Parcel Service. That way you can be assured that your package will arrive in a timely matter. Because we ship via UPS your order is automatically insured! UPS Shipping is a Flat rate of $9 for the Continental USA.
If you prefer to receive the package via US Parcel Post (since, for example you need to have it shipped to a Post Office box), we will have to bill you additional fees. These will be added to your order to cover the cost of insurance. Cost for shipping via US Parcel Post: $ 10.00.
If you are ordering from Canada, we will ship via regular mail. The shipping and handling fee is $14.00.
If you are ordering from any other non-USA address, we will have to compute the shipping off-line and adjust your order accordingly. Sometimes we have found that the cost of shipping is more than the cost of the maps. We assume that if you want Green Trails Maps, (and live in Europe or Australia) then you are planning to visit the USA soon. In that case, consider having the maps shipped to a US address where you can pick them up when you get here. For an estimate of shipping you can e-mail us or telephone at (206) 546-6277.
